When I went from my S2 Elise to my S2 Exige I was surprised at how much better the later style headlights were, so no need to upgrade as far as I’m concerned

Great on my 08 Exige too! equal to my TT , which I use daily 
I use my '07 Exige daily and drive through a stretch without street lights. The lights really are not up to driving over 40 on this section, but I do !
Would love to move to cheap-ish HIDs if they are going to be accepted by the MoT
If not then I dont want to go to the expense or trouble fitting them.
Mine are crap also, the only thing that stopped me was the Cartek couldn’t cope.
Shouldnt lighting circuit be connected direct to battery anyhow when using a Cartek ?
Dont know Andy, the instruction was to fit to the ignition live behind the barrel. When John fitted the HIDs, I guess it maxed out on AMPs and kept cutting out (the car).

Mine seems fine with standard lights - 06 model. As mentioned it could be that I don’t know what I am missing…
Anyone know how strict they are likely to be on this under the new 2012 MOT rules?
