JSR - Many Thanks

Credit where credit is due.
A massive thanks to John & Wayne for pulling out all the stops so my car is all sorted for Spa.
Car went in for pre season check, fitting of oil pressure & temp gauges and exploration in to a hesitation at around 2000rpm.
It required front wheel bearing, track rod end and out rear toe links. Try as the guys did to sort out the hesitation, it was decided to put it back on the rollers. A day out to Emerald ended after 30 minutes on the rollers with a failing fuel pump being identified as the culprit for the car running lean that would have ended in tears along the Kemel Straight
Dropped the car back to Johns that evening and next day the tank was dropped, new uprated pump installed and all pressure tested sorted.
Not quite, the car was then running rich so it looks like when Dave Walker mapped it last year, it was a snap shot in time when the pump was already failing.
Next came the offer form John that if DW could fit it in last Saturday, they would take it over to Norfolk as they were going to be there for the LOT test day. Unfortunately no one was in to answer the phone at Emerald so John took the car to another rolling road in Bham yesterday, (name evades me) and all sorted.
Went to pick the car up at lunch today and there it was all loaded on my trailer ready to go.
So thanks again guys for your hard work, late nights and can do attitude.
Harvey.

Brilliant news Harvey, & well done all of the JSR gang. We are so lucky to have the likes of JSR & the Edwards Boyz (north of Watford Gap) to look after our cars - true enthusiasts, who are always prepared to go the “extra mile”.

Nice one  - have a a good Spaday Harvey

Thanks for that Harvey, glad we got there in the end with your car - couldn’t have you missing Spa!!!

Shame the guys are a bit too far north for me to have regular work there, but the work they have done for me has been some of the bestI’ve had done. well done guysand have a great time at Spa
