The chap did say he left 12 years ago and is now “executive head chef for the Brasserie Blanc group” a legend by all accounts! But at first he said he did not know the family name, only a Clive who works in maintainence lol
No probs, mate - just felt a bit guilty that you may have been embarassed on my account
Clive & family were neighbours of ours for a couple of years, whilst he got “Chez Nico” up & running in Manchester. In fact, Mrs Pesky worked there for a while as part of her studies/qualifications. Clive’s younger daughter was/is a buddy of my daughter…jeez, they’re 23 years old now! 
Never, it’s not like mounting a TV screen in the middle of your dash or anything
