What simple details have you done, that you feel make all the difference?
For me, a set of union jack stickers on the rear spoiler.
Breaks up the continuous colour, is subtle enough to not blatantly stand out.

I have some b&w union flags on the wings, also recently added one for my new motorsport engine cover:
Also re-did a lot of the stone-chip protection and branded up my tailgate prop 
I think my favourite details all involve wrapping up previously loose wires with loom tape. It’s my new favourite hobby.
