ITG trumpet socks

Mates, need your opinions.
Is it a good idea to use trumpet socks instead of ITG air filter?
Any experience with this kind of stuff?
And if YES, then ITG JFC11 should fit VHPD oem trumpets, correct?

I just want to say, that trumpet socks is not the way to fix the problem.
Use proper ITG stuff.
