Is it worth converting 220 to 240 or try and buy a 240r instead. I was told yesterday its more cost effective to buy a 240r because its then easier to convert to a 260?

Nope thats wrong, 240R will not convert to a 260 AFAIK as it has a fifth injector and is totally different to later cars.
CN’s can convert 220 cars to 260 no problem, its a little more expensive as you need bigger injectors but its still a little under �2k.
ohh thats interesting, would that include an uprated ic, i guess I would have to sort my brakes…
