How do you mean rip off? Its the Forge one, I think they sell them over e-bay as well as off their website.

Quite alot more than this one, also I think your forgetting R+D costs etc
Its a very nice bit of kit and alot less than other options and the data shows it works better than the cup cooler. I am very happy with mine.

Yep its the same one, tbh at first look I thought the e-bay link was a Forge one but its a different seller. Not sure how it gets the Fmintex name but guessing the F is for Forge? maybe
If you go to this page you will see that FMINTEX is the forge part number for this intercooler. Forge have resellers that sell for the same price that Forge do direct. This one happens to have an ebay shop.
As they cost the same wherever you go i’d buy direct or from the person doing the install, although sometimes they attend shows and offer them cheaper I don’t think they sell enough Lotus related stuff to make this worthwhile.
