Insurance time

Hi Gents,

It’s insurance renewal time. I’ll be using the NCB (Full) on the Exige and have accrued a year on the daily driver. When I set up my policy last year it was with REIS, but they’re not bothered about insuring the newly purchased daily drive (Panda 100hp).
Can I tap into your knowledge to help me make the right choice so that I don’t pay through the nose and I can get both cars under the same insurer?

Please forgive me not using the search function, I’m short on time and know that you’ll be able to help.

Many thanks,
Kurt

Was far cheaper for me to insure the Lotus with a specialist rather than do a two car policy.

Try Competition Car Insurance and Henderson Taylor for the Loti.

Same for me, Henderson Taylor for the Exige this year, it was slightly dearer than REIS but 6 trackdays rather than 4 sold it to me
Also I in sure my Audi with Audi Insurance which is shockingly the cheapest!

Agreed, I was recommended to them from here, and I now have the Exige , and Audi TT RS insured with then ( separate policies)

I told them why I was leaving and they were a little worried, I suspect if more leave for the same reason REIS might change their policy on the number of days.

Henderson Taylor.

Well they havn’t changed the number of free days yet because had my renewal today.Unfortunately i cant do any trackdays at the moment due to a busted shoulder that wont seem to get better.

I did and I was talked to like shit! They didnt sound worried to me… Actually when it came to moving the two other cars because of a 500 increase in premiums one person in particular was vile!

I went through admiral muilticar for the exige, astra vxr and seat sdi 1800 for all three. Dint think that was to bad, used the full ncb on exige so was 600 for that.

not so good, but with all these things it can be who you talk to, Mary had always been good to me so I do hope your experience was a one off…

For the record, not Mary.

CCI inc track days…

I pay circa 280 with HT inc 6 track days which I think is AOK
