Just enquiring for a friend who has just purchased a 2007 Exige S.

What is considered to be the best induction kit for this car. Especially interested in ones that don’t set the MIL light off, along with sounding good and hopefully improving performance a little.

none as all induction kits on the S make it run lean

Waste of time! It’s worth changing the filter for a high flow one though.

As above induction kits seem to be a problem, but people have had success with the TRD airbox. Think its available through Lotus Sport. See the E - brochure

TRD airbox less than �90 fitted, makes the car MUCH louder !

TRD airbox all the way I really don’t think that any other will work correctly without serious tuning to get around the MAF tube size issue.

    Excellent mod I agree but I wasted 4 painful hours of my life and several layers of knuckle skin persuading the damn thing to fit.

It doesn’t come with any instructions or even holes in the right place. Helpful that.

I’ll leave it to a man with a spanner next time.

Are F1 supplying and fitting yours? How much is it working out at if you dont mind me asking? Have you got a new exhaust fitted yet? The offers still there anytime to hear mine if you like?

As for the exhaust, im going to see how much noise difference this creates before purchasing anything else.

Was looking at the Larini Exhaust with sport cat though.
