My immobiliser died the day before the Hethel 60th. Took me a couple of hours to work it out, but you only need to push bridging wires into the connector in the correct places and then tape over them to stop them moving - no need to buy a bridging plug.
Where is the immobiliser located? Somebody told me you have to remove the whole front end to get at it. The car won’t start. it cranks but no fire. Thanks.

The car is a 2006 Exige with Toyota engine. I would like to drive the car to the dealer rather than have to have it towed 50 miles. It is under warrantee. Thanks.

If it’s under warranty get them to pick it up?

Have you tried changing the key fob battery?
I did not try replacing the fob battery as it works the door unlocking mechanism. I tried both keys with the same results. All that happens is the engine cranks but won’t fire.

Bugger - just thought there may be a quick answer for you.
Good luck - probably summat & nowt, but needs the dealer to fix.
