I fitted mine in the same place as the original one lived. The brackets on the emerald can be slid up and down and I even found two bolt holes I could use with the brackets, no drilling in my Exige. I think it is fitted with the connector pointing upwards. I then looped my adaptor loom from the emerald to the existing connector. I do not think I have any pictures and I am not taking the seats out to take pictures, even for you.
You will also need to fit a relay for the fuel pump. Emerald suggest a bodge on their website which will bypass the inertia switch, don’t do it. Fit a £5 relay to get the fuel pump powered and keep the inertia switch. I can’t remember exactly what I did but I do have a spreadsheet showing all of the wiring, I can email it to you.
