I’m almost certain they’re RS134 Monolites available from InoKinetic (Sector111) in the States.

Yep, thats them. Not cheap, out of stock and would need shipping from the States.

If it’s worth anything - I did buy some of their ‘Ethos’ wheels from them quite a few years ago. They were really great to deal with and I had the wheels in less than 10 days from ordering, including all the import duties faff.
