I need to replace the spark plug oil seals & rocker cover gasket.

Do you have a copy of the service manual? It’s available online in PDF form if you search Google for the part number A111T0327J: A111T0327J filetype:pdf - Google Search
The Service Parts list is also handy to have, part number B111T0325J. It’s a bit harder to find but I’ve uploaded it to Google Drive here:
Changing the rocker cover gasket is quite easy assuming you are talking about the Rover VHPD engine.
Just remove the cover and replace the gasket with a new one. This gasket seals the spark plugs area too.
If there is oil leaking into the spark plug area this could be caused by a leaking camshaft ladder as well.
Fixing this does involve removing the camshaft ladder and resealing it with the proper liquid sealant.

No its a S2 Toyota supercharged model.
I wrote my own manual for this kind of eventuality. On page one it says take car to dealer and arrange funds.
Works for me every time
