How much tyre wear on a track day?

For those of you with gauges, how much do you scrub off the rears each track day?

Running A048R LTS on mine, got 2.4mm evenly across the back on mine.

Can depend on the track, but for me that would last 2 days maybe 3 at a push :wink:

Depends on geo, setup, pressure etc.

For me 0.7mm of wear = 1 TD if I was careful :cry:

Ah ok, I rag these at Brands then swap em.

Useful little tool though to monitor wear rates.

Really Chris? I seem to recall they only lasted 2 laps at Oulton :slight_smile:

On my N/A car it’s the fronts that wear faster! That might improve with the new geo. Just need to get back on track and test it. Current wear rate is awesome on axle stands :frowning:
