Could be a long night!
You will need to trim the plastic around the speakers to get the harness bar in. At least you will have the seats out anyway.
Steering wheel can take some time see bellow for guide http://forums.seloc.org/viewthread.php?tid=113306
The dry cell you will need to make your own bracket - this alone will take some time.

Good Luck!
I might just take the whole rear panel out for now and refit when iv’e got more time,i’ll only mess up the trimming trying to rush!
Already have a bracket for the battery, bought from sector 111.
Only thing i’m worried about are the runners on the seats, not sure if they are a straight swap or not?
I have the MOG seats with fixed brackets (I don’t know if that is what you are using) and it took me a day to get the drivers seat correct. Because they are fixed you are constantly putting the chair in and out trying to get the correct driving position, I had to trim loads off the runners to get the seat nice and low and in the exact position I wanted, plus it isn’t something you should rush as you only have one chance to get the holes in the correct place. The passanger side was easy as I simply copied what I had done with the drivers seat. Good luck matey!!
