How do you get out the door pulls?

As per title…
How do you get out the door pulls at the top of the doors?
I have a pair of carbon one to fit but it is not obvious, is this the usual Lotus glue and double sided tape?

Yea lots of black sealer/glue.
Took mine out to paint the doors…

Fairly easy once you actually get used the going alone between the plastic and paint with a knife. Just seems to take an age

Attack with a dremel and cut them out I suspect!
Might have to look again, as the carbon ones look slightly smaller, if they are I might not risk it.
