How do I find a live wire for powering camera

Yo

Fitted Maplin reversing camera, very easy to fit and quite discreet.
Its activated by engaging reverse, but I’d like it on all the time. What can I tap into to make it on with the ignition. Needs to be something at the back for wiring.

have just fitted a rear view cam myself , take the plastic cowling off were the light switches and speaker are on the drivers side and you will find a wire there which is live . on my car the wire is black , but i would check with a circuit tester to be on the safe side .

Not sure if this below can help, I think it’s the connector for the stock third light (which doesn’t exist on our exige…):

I am interested to see this camera, just for curiosity… not really needed except to see if another lotus follow me when I push a little bit… :slight_smile:
