Was just on a train out of London & noticed an advert on a billboard for some Sky tv show. The picture showed two exiges, nose to nose, with the words ‘Team Coulhard’ & ‘Team Irvine’. Now ignoring the fact that one was blue, the other pink!! both front ends were shown with the front clam crumpled up as in a having had a head on… And no I haven’t been drinking!!
I know exactly the one youre on about, it is rather weird isnt it, dont suppose anyone could shed any light on what its actually for…
David
Yep, just seen it advertised on tv David.
Still smile at the fact they used an exige, and with the help of some software, made it crumple like a metal car.
I’ve seen that advertised on Sky TV a few times now, & not once did i notice an Exige
Tim.
Also saw it on the side of a bus yesterday, guess its only an advertising thing…

Didn’t know whether to laugh or cry when I saw it!
Hey Ben, whose Exige did Sky use? You checked under the cover on the drive lately?
Ian
Looks like they’ve photoshopped a picture of the Exige prototype that was shown at Brands Hatch for the original unveiling of the car. Notice the vents behind the front wheels are different from the production version.
Suggests they’re not really using Exiges in the show
God you have sharp eyes!
Are they also missing the rear clams bolts at the top of the clam?
Yes, but I think those bolts were a late addition, early producion cars didn’t have them.
