Horrible creak

Hi All,

Since doing a very wet day at Castle Combe two weeks ago, and having one 360 deg ‘off’ onto the grass that felt very tame, the rear driver’s side suspension has developed a horrible, and quite noticable ‘creak’ while I’m driving. No noticeable handling deterioration though. Any ideas what could have happened?

I’ve got the car going in next Tuesday for a full service and any other bits and bobs, so if you have any ideas let me know, as I can then discuss this with my mechanic.

Mine creaks, especially when damp. I’ve put it down to the upgraded bushes. Had no impact on handling. And inspection showed up no safety concern.

Changed your bushes?

It was the inner rear toelink that needed replacing. Issue resolved!
