You have wired the pump through the relay so that the Honda E1 connector earths the relay coil ?
On the standard Exige wiring the ECU gives out a 12v signal …

Guys can I ask what you did with pin E8 (O2 relay GND)? Seems the O2 sensor turns on with the main relay, so did you feed a dummy 12v to E8? If so what did you take it from?
