After many miles of good service I fear my exhaust box is dead, I have a quite hideous buzz\rattle but nothing is loose, I have found if you hit the pipe it seems to rattle from inside and tapping it is sounds very “hollow” for want of a better word 
Any warranty on it ?
That will be Jim’s indestructible packing that never blows out. You will find it has completely blown out and is frankly not indestructible!
Jim has sent a few people some more wadding, new central pipe and rivets and they have repaired it themselves. (or got Back on track to do it for them)

I fear my stage 3 has gone the same way, and that I’ll be running my stage 1 at Hethel.
Car booked in at Hofmanns for check over next week.
Jim’s new exhausts are now repackable Ade, sharpe drill bit, gloves and a rivet gun are all you’ll need. I’ve never had a problem with Jim’s packing, I might be NA but my Quicksilver lasted 2 track days.

I was just picking up my car from BOT when the 211 chap arrived with his box of bits from you.
They were singing your praises and proceeded to take apart the old silencer and fit what ever you had sent him.

That’s the beauty of having a re-packable exhaust! I have to thank Sean for his goading - it worked 
Sold more re-packs for SC installs than std this past year.
The 2-eleven: I replaced the full-length perforated core-pipe with a half-length plain/perf combination. Means you don’t have to drive around in a hoover all the time - just put the full-length perf in for the trackday noise limit
