Help! Emerald MOT map reqd.

Does anybody have a known good MOT-friendly map for an Emerald ECU?
Car tested today (with CAT!) and fails like a b*stard. CO, HC and Lambda all over the shop.
Known good CAT & Lambda swapped in and no improvement. Exhaust isn’t blowing anywhere.

Got an aggressive Dave Walker map loaded, so this has to be next on list…

Can anybody help?

Sorry, should have said : Cross posted to Seloc Technical.
Seem to be some solutions floating around. Most involve fiddling with the fuelling at idle and then at 2500-3500rpm (Fast idle), while the test is carried out.
