Hello everyone, have just bought an Exige, first time on this site, good to see all the information. If you’d like to see my car, pics are at http://briefcase.yahoo.com/dylanpemberton Would like to know whether or not everyone recommends the horsepower upgrade? I’m mainly using it as a runaround for day to day road use so is it worth it?

Welcome !I guess it depends on how much your dealer is going to charge you for the upgrade.Just make sure you have your resonator valve/2nd filter removed, otherwise it’ll be slow as hell.

Emerald ECU seems to be the consensus of opinion on this page from what I read when buying mine. Ditch the cat pipe and change the exhaust as the standard note is a bit dull. Doesn’t make it that loud, but sounds fantastic on full throttle. Ditch the resonator, change the pulleys and put in an 82 deg. thermostat. Also reccommend braided brake hoses. Give the pedal much more feel.Enjoy
