15 year old heater unit showing its age .
Its either been bashed at sometime or simply the plastic has just given up…
Looks as if the whole thing needs replacing any suggestions from where??
EP only seem to have LHD bits
really I could do with the whole thing…(motor works but only 1 speed )
Firstly try Junks, then maybe Rocky may have something Clive. It’s the AC type fan, the standard heater is different.

Now sorted with used S2 non aircon…will need some mods but usable eventually.
Its amazing how many different models of heater there were …nightmare for a parts department.
Here is my rebuilt/replaced heater unit complete with 3 speeds and hopefully HOT air
Also incorporated air filter in crash structure intakes.
Its an early S2 aircon unit with some mods to make air intake and controls work.
I now have to work out how to fit the battery now there is a cavity where the old ducting used to be .
Would like to tuck it under to give some" front boot" space.
Windscreen wiper bottle now re positioned to this area from inaccessible inside front wheel arch position.

Fit a smaller batter, search for Aliant X4 lithium, thats what i use now on the car.

Of course the car will work without a heater but best not go to Norway…or anywhere north of the Thames in the winter!!
