Maybe I am a complete wuss but I have always found it a pain to remove the old oil filter (bash a screw driver in and turn) and be sure I have got the new one on tight. The oil cooler pipes get in the way and you can’t get any sort of strap wrench on the filter. Until today…
Take one jubilee clip that’s just the right size for the filter.
Put it on the filter, tighten, not much, turn the filter with the screw driver in the screw head.
Undo, move it back round an repeat until off (if removing) or tight (if replacing).
As they say, simples. Filter change is now easy…maybe it was just me that found it awkward?
