Seeing as the Mid Engined race at Pembrey is off next weekend, why don’t we all have a get together to watch the GTs at Rockingham?
Russ & myself are definately going, for both Saturday & Sunday.

I don’t believe there’ll be a problem (although an orderly queue may well be required on the day)

I went on a Walshy day on Friday and managed to do myself an injury I recently swapped my wheel for a suede jobbie, sweaty hands,sideways at 80mph, opposite lock, ooops not unwound quick enough, snap back the other way,…double ooops, don’t think my wrist/thumb is supposed to go that way. I now have a nice purple bruise from the knuckle on my thumb to an inch up my wrist and a hand that looks like it belongs to a fat bloke Nothing broken but it bloody hurts…
Car was going great guns on Friday though - driving fast one-handed is quite hard though
Doh, that would of been cool. Thing is i’ve kind of gone and got myself a girlfriend now and she has booked the weekend off special so that we could go somewhere. As Pembrey was off I had said to Maddog that we could finish his car, then Helen goes and tells me that I can do what ever I want with her for the weekend, so I think all day soldering up maddogs car, or all day squirting whipped cream over 26 year old naked flesh! Hmmmmm, so Dave if you read this before I call you tomorrow, then next weekend is off. lol
I wonder if I can get away with Whipped cream at Rockingham though???

I can see on the Rockingham website that it is �10 admission on the saturday. Anyone have any idea what it is on the sunday?

Does anybody know what the parking is like? I’m wondering whether to take the Lotus, or the wife’s car.
can’t see parking being a problem, its quite a big place
at snetterton they had lotus only parking so may be worth going in the exige.

Although when I went to the Champ cars there I was directed to park in a field (a nice field mind). Also, I thought the closer car park was gravel (but very nice gravel). Would be delighted to be wrong (and would take my Exige in any case). Sadly I’d be even more delighted to actually be there this weekend but it’s looking very unlikely (daughter’s 2nd b/day and all). So good luck Russ, think of yer.
