pointless Gav, it will be ready when its ready and not before. nothing i can do to make it any better and winding myself up won’t help either it’ll just make it worse.
Okay, the bad news…
is that after 9 months I was led to believe it was going to be the only silver GTE.
However, one of the other owners who still hasnt got thier car yet either, has changed their mind from yellow to the same silver after seeing my car on the shop floor a couple of weeks ago…
I was a bit gutted to find out to be honest, it’s only a colour I know but it was going to be the only one in it and that is what I had my heart set on.
To be fair though, everyone I have shown the pictures of my car have said they can see why he has changed, and I understand to a certain extent - I wouldn’t want one in yellow either (even though it is my favourite colour)
Ill just have to take it as a complement, even the lads on the shop floor back at Lotus have said to me that had we done your car first there would be 10 silver ones now… hey ho!
