Does anyone have one of these??? If so are they as good as they look and what other cameras do you guys have that you can recommend?
Would love to know myself too, have been looking at getting something like this for recording driver training sesions. They do look the nuts
Got a go pro hero … Don’t think its HD tho … had it about a year or so …
yep they’re really, really good and a huge improvement over the non HD camera. Highly recommended by me anyway.
I have a regular one…its fine but limited…The main prolem I find is you cant control the exposure so if you mount it in the cabin on the harness bar it adjusts itself for the cabin .so the view through the window is overexposed. 
I now mount it on the front grill which is OK but then there is no picture of the driving god. 
The sound is not much cop .
There is no playback so you need to lug a laptop with you if you want to see what you have recorded.
also IMHO watching me overtake all the S2’s gets a bit boreing after a while
