~ 15000 miles. Lots of history, new pagids all round otherwise mechanically standard and unmolested.
Some posh carbon scoops and panels, Momo wheel, Lotus trimmed centre console. (Original steering wheel and normal body panels all included) All very useable, currently on Conti Road tyres so deffo all year driveable.
Engine is super smooth, no tappetiness, running Silkolene oil.
Does this mean the end of new carbon bits for the exige?
Still interested in an alternative splitter without the number plate plinth, and did anything come of the roofs?
It was wierd, I didn’t think it was that cheap. Realistic certainly but I wasn’t going to take any offers below the asking price.
Within 2 hours of placing the ad on pistonheads I had 4 people after it and and 6 by the end of friday. The first bloke to come and see it on saturday loved it. The main thing to come over from all the enquries is that people want nice clean standard unfettled cars which is not exactly what we do on this forum!
Meanwhile the carbon parts are still going although Bryn and his brother Scott are both up to their eyeballs in work “work” due to all the madness in the run up to the F1 season. I’m sure various parts will start appearing on ebay at some point but they’ll be joined by some nice BMW E30 M3 parts too…
