How do you remove the OE gear knob, guessing it’s screwed on with a bit of bond, lefty loosey?

Just done up very tightly, but yeah standard thread

Its depends how much Loctite is used on the thread. Have had a couple where it twists the lever out of the spline in the pivot ball at the base of the lever. A LITTLE bit of heat may help if your struggling.

Get a Boa Grip, largest size. Does the trick.
