I took the old girl out today following Spa, surprised to see my gear change lights on at 5750!!! wasn’t doing it on the way home…any ideas?

Was it up to temperature? Will only allow 6000 rpm until its above 80 ish degrees
Did you turn off the traction control? If you have, it could engage launch control if you have it and you may have the rpm set too low?
sounds like oil temp was too low?
