Yes, the exhaust had fractured near the bottom wishbone mounting on the o/s and the hot gasses totally destroyed the bush.

Thanks for the offer Dave but ive already sorted a new set from eliseparts, the car is already stripped in my garage. Im doing a gearbox re-build and new rings etc in the engine ready for oulton

It is very neat
Due to time constraints in getting it ready, it was hastily rev limited to produce “only” 330bhp, in order to comply with the regs! As 330bhp was acheived @ 6000rpm, this meant it could only pull a 125mph top speed - whilst Randy & Co were achieving 150mph plus down the back straight.
Wow, I mean I know Snett is basically a bunch of runways, but 150 is still indecently quick .
