I was going to pop along for a social curry and a watch to find I now have to start a new contract and have to be in Oxford all day 
Ade we’re on circuit til 8:30 and then curry at 9pm, come anyway.

Woke up to a text from BA telling me flight is delayed 3 hours … so not arriving until 17.30 into Hrow … may make it for curry but I guess Friday night traffic may make me arrive in time for coffee
Great seeing everyone, a really enjoyable evening despite not actually driving myself. Ben, Dave, Chris and Phil were all looking properly quick and the curry was excellent, a good laugh as always shared with Martin, Steve & MarcP as well.
A BIG thanks to Phil/Marcus at Track Group for dropping me and the S2 home towards the end of the afternoon. Unfortunately I didn’t make the evening as after three sessions early afternoon the alternator gave up. I drove back up in the S4

That familiar wired feeling having been in the car for a couple of hours drinking Red Bull.
Great to have the car out and to see everyone again. I’m struggling to think of a better Fri night out than that,…apart from the driving back down the M1 bit,…I’d give that a miss.
