Forge fitted - what a difference

Hi everyone

Well, I fitted my forge intercooler as supplied by seriously lotus (good service btw) and it’s made a decent difference from what I can tell on the road, not had it on track yet.

It feels like a few dead spots in the mapping have been filled in and when I go from 3rd to 4th at high engine rpm and load there is now no bogging as it used to do.

Very pleased, I think it will prove itself to be a worthy upgrade.

Now to start saving for the CN260 install

There you go !!!

I am actually amazed at how pronounced the difference is - within 10 mins of driving I could tell it was different.

Did you have the 260 upgrade too JFK?

It does not matter what you say no body will believe you

They are a great bit of kit, you should try it with the CN’s upgrade.

My spec :
TRD airfilter
Forge cooler
Enlarged letterbox
Jamssint extended scoop
Lotus stage3 exhaust
Chris Neil’s conversion comprising of :
High flow fuel pump
4 x bigger injectors
211 Ecu (cost slightly more)
Helix + 30% clutch (not strictly needed)

Made 277.4 BHP on dyno…

That’s really good power from that.

How loud is it? You had a noise test on the stage 3 anywhere or have any sound problems?

No recent sound checks , although I would like to get it checked.

Bought a batch of the forge coolers when i got the one for itguy!!! So if you want one i have them in stock and ready to go…
cheers
Dave
