What are my options for a fixed seating mount for my driver seat? I want to keep the OEM seat.
Looking at the Sector111 TALLrails as ideally I’d like to get some more headroom as I do touch the roof liner with my helmet on.

Cheaper option is to put a couple of washers under the front to angle the seat back. May give you enough room if it’s ‘just’ not enough.

I have the tall rails, although re-drilled to suit, and they are fiddly to fit but a good result. I wasn’t looking for more headroom but tilting the seat gives a better driving position and better leg support. I found I needed a steering wheel spacer to complete the package.
