Thanks - I forgot to moan about those. I also forgot the day when we got fooked around by the superbikes and also the day I got black flagged for 98.00000000001 DB while a big fooking Jumbo nearly landed on my head.
I also forgot about the new big kerbs on the entry to the pit straight, the stupid siren that comes on when people come down the pit lane and the nutters who spend all day trying to go ‘flat’ down the craners to prove how big their hairy balls are !!!

Think that’s about it - for now  and I like Donny even less now

I think you left this on the pit wall mate :

I left mine on the pit wall at Bedford after I got black flagged. Funniest part of the day was when they ripped my dB pass sticker off the window, as i drove away Laura dropped the window and shouted at the sound police ‘and we wont be f@@king coming back either’ PMSL

Luckily the camera was still rolling.

Black flagged at Donnington for noise is so frustrating …

Black Flagged

Keep it quiet boys and girls. Standard exhausts are where its at!!

Just do noisy days now, I don’t even bother trying after another black flag and slow day at Donny this year :frowning:

How’s that standard exhaust on your S1 Sean ???

Its standard for one of our Audi conversions!!

Yeah my S1 is silent at the moment. haha.

It will be quiet enough though, we have a similar twin box setup on another Audi’d S1 with 400 odd bhp and he has no problems at Bedford.

I dont know if I am getting old, but I just dont want the hassle of worrying about the noise police at track days, so the quieter the better for me.

You can hear the curry police coming easily, the siren goes… naan naan naan naan.

Nice picks.
Yet to do Spa so what the F+++ do I know.
Silverstone GP, IN THE DRY is epic
Noone mentioned Goodwood? Love it, but, now the OEM exhaust is 2 y old the black flags are out unless Capt Shortshift is present.
May have to give that up as the new Tullett exhaust is nearly here

I can highly recommend Le Mans Bugatti too :sunglasses:

My list

Donington, because its just down the road and Craner curves are so much fun.
Oulton Park, because my Elise toe links failed there and I met my S1 Exige there.
Anglsey, hills, sea, snow…look at the view…mind that corner
Snetterton, because I went there as a school boy and it’s fast.
Bedford, ideal to start the season, plenty of run off.
Silverstone, too fast for my Elise, must take the Exige

But the most scary of all…Rockingham in the cold and wet, may as well be ice.
I must try Mallory, looks good now they have moved the banks.

Yup, bank holiday next summer with LOT
Cadwell
Croft
Cadwell

My car lacks power for places like Donnington,so I find the straights very boring.

I must try Oulton and Anglesey in 2012
The 1st and only mention of Croft - which really surprises me as the run through the Jim Clark esses to Sunny In is one of the best sections on any circuit I’ve driven.

If you like Croft & Cadwell then I think Oulton will go down very well with you.
