Nice front !!!
Much easier to paint after the inevitable stonechips …
(Seperate panel)
More S1 like front IMO
As an S2 Elise owner… I can simply say I prefer the current shape…
This is NOT radical enough! Whenever a ‘new’ car comes out, there is always a ‘oh my God thats horrid’ moment… like I had when I saw the BMW 1 series in 2003 but now the shape has ‘grown’ into the times… I quite like it now!
This is just TOO similar… I am really dissapointed actually! But at least it will keep the values of the ‘classic to be’ S2 Elise up!
Mere detailing!
Like the front allot, hate the back…esspecially where they put the pipes
I’ll get some pics done at Geneva next month.
i quite like that for the elise, whens that one being released on market
April 2010
I agree about the pipes, and reckon they should be put back to like hey were on the K series S2’s.

And that’s my point exactly!
yeah the early s2 elises are the best :O) thanks, that cheered me up :O)
If you want an Oh my God moment, look what we just unveilled. (I actually quite like it in the metal)
Regarding the new Elise, I quite like it, unlike most I prefer the rear end treatment as since the exhausts got moved under the diffuser the number plate area has looked a bit wrong.
The area around the wheel at the front is an improvement, a stronger edge (like the Exige) as opposed to the soft curve it used to have.
Cruise control !?

It’s a track day option for Boothy
Same silly feature which spoils the Evora.
Discontinued moulding line (across the door).
Front and Back is Ok but if they call it a S3 its a bit cheeky.
I think a redesign of the mirrors would make a big difference as its this which reminds me of an ‘old elise’.
My 2p
S
…and lets hope none of em end up looking like that dancing donkey cr@p!
I’ve done a bit of photoshop work…
original
colour change and lowered
Then the rear…
original
Lowered slightly by getting rid of awfull grill between clam and diffuser
Attempt at doing something with the lines they have put around the lights and to tie in with the diffuser
Think you need a job a Hethel!

It looks SO much better LOWERED!!!
WE dont need a ‘cross-over’ Elise yet!
