[quote=N17VES]You’ve don a great job with the vinyl, looks really good! Where did you get the vinyl from, and how hard is it to apply?
The roof cost 350 to be sprayed and blended, but 200 of this is what it would cost anyway to respray the roof. The guys said it actually took a fair bit of work to get it blended smoothly without any humps in the middle. Really pleased with the end product though.

Thanks for that its not as much as i thought it would be it looks ace. Do you reckon this could be done to a roof(such as mine)where the scoop has already been stuck on, as im not sure how they would remove the S stick up part?
Anyway about the vinyl luckily for me my brother had lots of this vinyl left over from a project he is doing so it didnt cost me anything, however it is 3M vinyl and this is the best stuff to use there are cheaper versions but dont bother with them.
It is really simple to apply you just heat it up with a hair dryer and is sort of sucks and moulds around the body then any bubbles etc can be heated out for a smooth finish.
You can buy the stuff from ebay, im doing some other bits soon like my stonechipped splitter and pods, and my scratched interior sills!
Edited to say even if id bought the vinyl it would have cost about 30, judt to give you a rough idea on cost.
The vinyl we used was about 40 a sqare meter
