Maybe they’ve changed supplier, contact them and see how you go. As I’ve said before, they’re not cheap and I really want everyone to be happy…
All 4 of mine have been problem free.
thought mine had shrunk, but then realised I had been in USA too long recently … so no problem here and the mug doesn’t leak either

As a follow up, they asked for a photo and to post back. When I sent the pic they straight away replied with an apology and said no need to return, replacement on way.

That’s great news! I was thinking I’d have to find an alternate supplier. Hopefully it was just a one off issue.
My boys had theirs on this weekend and they still look great after about 20+ washes.

Sean organised the stickers/sunstrips last time and may still have some. I think he regretted doing it as he had to fund getting them made and then a load of guys did not follow through and he had to go through all the faff of getting money off people and going to the post-office all the time.
I have found a company like the T-Shirt one (but not as slick) that will allow you to buy exiges.com stickers direct from them. I’ll check out the quality and sort it out…
Thinking about it, in the interim I may have a spare strip and stickers because I ended up buying two sets of Sean because my Missus hid the first one and I only found it recently. I call it hiding she calls it tidying up…let me know and I’ll pop it in the post for you.
