Are there any plans on putting Exiges on Tapatalk? Makes it a lot easier to use on mobile devices 
Good question. Unfortunately the current BBS software (UBBThreads) doesn’t have a mobile theme/format.
I am considering moving the site across to phpBB though, which does have a mobile version… There is a migration tool from UBBThreads to phpBB but apparently ALL private messages will be lost. Would that be a problem ?
Wouldn’t be a problem for me. Give everyone a few weeks notice to copy stuff off. Job done. A proper mobile version would be cool.

AFAIK Tapatalk is an app that you install on your smartphone that lets you read forums.
I don’t like the idea of getting people to install apps, preferring a system that auto detects you have a mobile device and shows the forum using a mobile theme in your standard phone browser.
yeah so if you feel you don’t spend enough time on here already, you can be mobile too!

Interesting to see how quick you get this off the ground. A car forum I moderate on has been ‘putting the wheels in motion’ to get on Tapatalk for months… still no sign

I have no idea what this about! I don’t have any issues viewing the Forum on my iPhone…?
It just makes it easier to read / interact on a mobile device. It also lets you access multiple forums on it. I’ve already got SELOC and MLOC on mine
