Hi Guys - i used to own the red Exige (i am the famous “Lotus Collector” mentioned in the Pistonheads Ad…!! Famous for 5 minutes i guess…
I still have the copy V5 and the build number is 601. It IS signed by the production team (not sure how they did it…but they did…) and the factory is confident it was the last one constructed. It was first registered on 31 12 2001 (but i know a few of them were on that date because of type approval regs…)
Hope this helps…i am thinking about buying another Exige (i have had a few…) and would love to take more part in the forum. I also still own a Sport 350 and a beautiful S1 Esprit (some of you will know me from kato’s site) so i am a committed Lotus nut…
