My neighbour has a Micra and sent me the video, here was the description of what was in the Micra:

just seen this. Haven’t watched the video yet, but i remember it well. it was my first time at Santa Pod and expected the car to grip well in the dry, but it never. From memery i dont think i even got to 100mph . i didn’t catch him up till half way down, but it was a good day. Going again soon.
