Might be worth extending your search to equivalents from more modern Lotus derivatives. The S1 Exige specific seats will be very very hard to find. They are also part of a tied in interior pack with the steering wheel and side panels making them less likely to be sold. By contrast a modern set will be more comfortable and better condition and dare I say look a little better. 
Managed to find an S2 sports seat which is a pretty good match for my 1 original sports seat.
They are very comfortable and look good , might be easier to find than an S
