The following features have been developed to create the Exige Sport260 model and are incremental to equipment levels specified for the Exige 260:
-A lower final drive ratio offering enhanced acceleration combined with a plate style motorsport Limited Slip Differential for improved cornering traction.
-Fully adjustable Ohlins suspension linked to a structural shear panel and stiffened rear subframe delivering enhanced handling capability.
-Revised aerodynamics by use of the 2-Eleven full carbon rear wing matched to a front splitter extension producing increased downforce.
-Perspex side windows for that full racer look but also to deliver incremental mass reduction and reduced aerodynamic drag.
-For the ultimate racer specification, there is even an optional 6 speed sequential dog gearbox, offering super quick gear shifts and optimised laptimes due to revised ratios
-All cars will be supplied in a unique three colour Lotus Sport branded paint and decal scheme.
This Sport specification strips a further 15kg of mass out of the Exige, which when combined with the other technical features produces a scintillating Exige offering blistering track capability and its road legal!
