I’m holding out for a red one. Ordered the 1/43 scale version though

Just got an email from them today and it states:

“If there has been one car that customers have requested more than anything else over the past three years we have been selling model cars, it has got to be the Exige, it even surpasses the DBR9 for customer interest. With that in mind, we strongly suggest you pre-order your choice from seven colour variants currently available. All we have to do now is persuade AUTOart to make the S1 as well.”

Not sure whether to hold my breath or not

My wife tried to order one, 1.43, for my birthday last year yet it never came out in time. She placed an order 4 months before, so although the web site is saying that they will be out 2006 early 2007 I bet we will have to wait until earlt middle 2007.

Nah, my painting ain’t up to much. It’s OK for scabby little hotwheels models, but for a 45 quid model I’d want better quality work
