Looked on PH today and S2’s seem to be rising again.
A lot of S3’s for sale and not selling - a good time to buy

Yeah I’d agree that s2’s do seem to be climbing up again slightly, Jon Seal has been be selling a few as usual :grinning:.

Hopefully it’s a positive sign rather than just a seasonal blip?
