Exige S1 Rover K Series Timing Setup ... Help

Hi, I’m trying to time my lotus exige s1, still just with a rover K series in it unfortunately (has a standard 190 bhp factory upgrade) engine has original pulleys not viners. I’ve set up the crank to 90BTDC with the straight mark on the oil pump near the vertical position lining up between the two dots on the crank sprocket. I’m not sure how the cam pulleys should be fitted, there are three lobes on one pulley and 2 lobs on the other pulley, could some one please tell me which is used for controlling the inlet valves and which for the exhaust valves, and also which lobes on the pulleys I should align to the pin on each cam shaft. Once fitted I assume I just turn each pully so it lines up as EX o - >CAMLOCKING TOOL< Ex o - . Some pictures would be fantastic if any one has any specifically for the exige, I found similar for a rover but there are only two lobes on each pulley.
