Oh, I see. The standard wheels for the Exige, n/a and the S (since 06 I think) are the Y type spiders and the upgrade is to the forged type, which are in black.

Yup, the upgraded ones are what I’m after, they also make a guest appearance on the 111r.

Watch out as the 111R fronts are narrower, even though they look like the same wheels.
I’m confused
As a newbie of 2 weeks … my car is 07 plate Exige, what I assume is an S2 - Sport and Super Sport packs
But then I see S … wich I assume is a further upgrade, then NA, which I have no idea.
When reading posts it confuses between I suppose S1, S2, and Sport!

It took me months and a few LoT meets to sort out the various Exige deveritives, certainly is confusing.
I’m still trying to work it all out
… and to make it worse, my registration certificate just says:
“Lotus Exige Tour”
which sounds more like a Europa to me!
Mine says ‘Premium Race’…
S1 - two derviatives standard 170, and then a 190.
S2 - basic 190hp Normally Aspirated (NA), then the 220hp Supercharged S (S), then a variety of cars at 240hp (240R, 240Cup, and S performance pack), and finally the more recent cup derivatives at 255 and 260hp.
Then on the S2 you got certain packs as well.
Performance pack, oil coolers and seats etc
Touring pack, carpets and sound proofing etc
Super touring, different dash air bags
Sports pack, different seats harness bar etc
Super sports, different suspension wheels etc
Might have missed some but read it as
Performane and Sports packs = more raw
Touring and super touring = more GT
I’m sure someone will correct me but that is how I see the packs.
For 08 the Touring and Super Touring, Sport and Super Sport packs have been combined with the exception of a couple of items.
For example, the 08 Sport Pack combined doesn’t include the 1-way adjustable suspension.

… plus an exhaust that goes VROOOOOOMMMMMM
But best of all a car that just makes me beam from ear to ear when I sit in it!
