I know it has be discussed before but has anyone fitted an intercooler auxiliary air feed kit and actually noticed a difference?

The 211 intercooler shroud with the 4" ducts seems about the best of a bad solution. Don’t expect too much even from this. Save your money for water air IC if you are serious.

It’s not too difficult to adapt the stock shroud to accommodate both the OE roof scoop and 2x4" ducts.
Can be done at a very reasonable cost, DIY.
I fitted it - no idea if it makes a difference though! The proalloy IC is nice, and can be had in black so it still looks stock. Someone in Dubai (iirc) had made a pair of fans for the rear of the ic that looked like a good idea to my amateur eyes, but otherwise this seems like the easiest upgrade other than a plain shield and some heat-reflective tape.
