Exige number 2

Last weekend me and dad collected our newly aquired S1 exige, will now compliment his immaculate ice blue exige, :sunglasses: our plan is to use it as much as possible and get on a few trackdays, hopefully will meet up with some of you soon.

Mark

Ice blue , did he buy it from new ? not many about

Looks a great car Mark - enjoyed the ā€œsurpriseā€ meet up with your dad last Saturday at Barbon :sunglasses:

Yes from new, can still remember very clearly the day he picked it up from Ribble Valley in 2001, think we know of 1 other ice blue ?

Hi Rob, believe your car was looking :sunglasses:
was a suprise even for me, only decided to go as we returned from collecting it, i would have liked to have gone but had some work in the afternoon. Hoping to get across to nyloc next week.

Have you sold the caterham then mate or do I need to come work for you? Oh can we have some pics up please

Depending upon work commitments, will see you (& loads of others from here) at the Buckles next Tuesday.

caterham not sold as yet got a couple of peeps interested, will see how it goes, otherwise will be advertising on pistonheads, you are more than welcome to come and do some work for me as long as you know how to play football

Which one did you buy Mark?

Unfortunately, the practical is not a patch on the theoretical, damn those kicky uppiesā€¦however, do you need an agent?

I had one in ice blue , it was also mint when I sold it , I then had an Exige in glacier & now liquid blue the same colour really . Cool and rare colour :sunglasses:

I do know how to play footballā€¦ Iā€™m just not very good

Why what do you do?

Think we are all armchair experts Rob, keep ups was never a problem for me due to hours of practice and lots of broken ornaments and windows oops
As for an agent would have had to be Eric Hall (monster monster) unfortunately was never good enough for that, so just concentrate on coaching now,
Mark, we bought Toneā€™s old exige as a project between me and dad, 99,000 miles and still going strong, any kā€™s out there with more miles ?

Finally caught up with this! Saw the car in the flesh at Nyloc tonight. Looking good. Great to hear of your plans.

Great to see Ted & Mark at Nyloc tonight :sunglasses:

Big thanks to Thommo for leading our little convoy back to Lancs

Only just seen this  - nice one Mark (and Ted), best colour too

Sorry, you couldnā€™t make it to the Buckles, on Tuesday Simon. I was looking forward to have a lengthy chat. However I believe you were up in Scotland, hope you were able to relax, while there. Yes, there are plans afoot regarding the 2nd Exige, will see you shortly, maybe at the next Nyloc meet at the Buckles.
Great to see you Rob, again. Steve, sorry I didnā€™t get youā€™re message, about the trip over. Must check more often. We wouldnā€™t have been able to come over with you this time, anyway as Mark didnā€™t finish work until 6.45, so it was the quickest route up, but still got lost!!
